Decent chain bagels. Did not have any fresh at 9am on a game day Saturday.

The food is great and is what has kept me coming back for years. Customer service is terrible. The employees always make me feel unwelcome, like I'm bothering them with my order. One woman up front will hardly communicate, gesturing when she has a question instead of just asking with words. I don't expect full blown conversation, but a smile goes a long way.

Great bagels. Couldnt get any fresher. Wish we had one in miami.

At first, for some time now, the prepared bagels have been good. New York deli style. Now, not so much. They now spread very little cream cheese, making it to much bread. Trying to squeeze a profit I suppose. This has now happened once too many times. Will NOT be returning.
