I will never go to this Burger King again. They were out of Mayo, Ketchup, chicken nuggets and pickles. Went to get ice in my cup and they were out of ice..... Received my order and it was wrong and obviously they were out of Bar-B-Que sauce as well because there was none on my Burger. Spoke to my daughter about this and she said the Burker King on other side of town was out of everything as well and just as bad!!! I'm done with all Burger King's!!!!

My visit every time has been on key. Meaning 5 stars, Burger King Employees deserve this rating trust me they beat all others restaurant with Satisfied customer and kindness towards all !!! Love Burger King.

Franchise owner is Gold Coast who seriously couldn't care less about how you are treated. 9:35 P.M, sat at drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, nothing. Pulled around to the drive thru window. No one ever came to window for about 10 minutes. Obviously more concerned with going home than taking a customer's money to pay themselves or the owners. Called complaint line to file report and drove off. Previously, orders are wrong, food is cold and undercooked but somehow buns are burnt, there is no flame-broiled taste, and you get to hear the employee's personal grief and drama in the kitchen and in the dining area. Drove over to Whataburger, got what I wanted. Also, no problems at Hardees. Not going to ANY area burger kings since they are all Gold Coast.

I have literally tried most of Burger King's specials during the last three years. Usually things are okay but not very impressive. We decided to try the four for four and everything inside of it was not good by any means. (Throughout the nuggets). We decided to stop going to Burger King. I came to this Burger King to try the two cheeseburgers fries and a drink for 3.49. We also got the $0.79 classic grilled hot dog and a 10-piece nugget. I had given up on Burger King for almost 2 years now. This deal though intrigued me. This was probably one of the best Burger King experiences I have ever had. Whoever made our food deserves a raise or to be told how good of a job they really do. Everything we ate was fresh was hot, was well-made, and well presented. Kudos to the staff this afternoon. I could see myself coming back to this Burger King. My family doesn't do fast food too often. And if we do it's usually Wendy's Checkers or Taco Bell. And that's not very often. Greatly impressed with this Burger King's Service and food.
