Very weird customer service. I paid almost TEN DOLLARS for a sub. However, they would not put mustard on my sub when they were making it. They told me I had to do it myself with little mustard packets. And they only gave me two mustard packets. THEN they handed me my sub WITHOUT A BAG to carry it out in. I said I want a bag so they HANDED ME A BAG so I had to bag it myself. REALLY terrible customer service for a nearly TEN DOLLAR sub. I'll stick with Firehouse Subs.

Your delivery zoning rules are absolutely ridiculous. The fact that NONE of your locations will deliver to The Zimmerman Agency is just obnoxious. I've been annoyed with your chain for so many years because of your delivery stipulations which is hilarious because you guys highlight delivery as one of the great things about your brand. Just awful.

I came in the store and was treated with great respect, and my sandwich was done before I had even gotten the change. Would strongly recommend coming here for a friendly and efficient experience.
