This is the most unorganized Macdonalds I’ve ever been to! I waited in line 30 minutes. I was given the reason being they had to wait on the fries. Low and behold wouldn’t you know my fries where cold! Never again unless it changes management! This is not the first at this one.

Slowest McDonald's on the planet!!!! Would give no stars if I could. Waited in drive theu line for almost 10 minutes, then it took another 12 minutes from the time I placed order to get my breakfast. It was just for a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and a hash brown. It's not like it was a difficult order. Terrible!!!

4 over flowing trash cans in the lobby. Not busy and both premium chicken sandwich is old and cold not to mention the fries too. Was there during a afternoon shower and in 45 minutes nothing was changed or corrected. .

Inaccurate order filled via drive through, when I went through there was one car ahead of me and zero to 1 or 2 in house customers and they only gave me part of my order- I ordered "two twenty piece chicken nuggets" and when I checked the bag they gave me- I noted 8 small nugget boxes thinking each had 5 nuggets, when I got home I discovered majority of boxes contained only 4 nuggets or less (1 box had 6 nuggets). After emptying all boxes I counted ONLY 24 nuggets knowing I had ordered and paid for 40 nuggets! McDonald's should ensure ALL employees know how to count!

If this location isn't the worst McDonald's, it's in the running. It takes 5 minutes or more to get acknowledged at the drive through speaker. They're always out of something, cups, lids, coffee syrup, etc.. Most of the workers have the customer service skills of an ogre. We've gotten coffee with the wrong flavor, chicken sandwiches with no chicken, and even a chicken McGriddle that instead of chicken, had a cheeseburger patty, complete with pickles and onions. I wouldn't believe most of the ridiculousness there if I hadn't seen it myself. Steer clear unless you need to waste some time and money on a laugh that will leave you feeling hopeless on the future of humanity.
