I enjoyed the red dragon sushi roll. The spicy sauce that comes with it really fired up the dish. The waitress was kind and she served our large party fabulously. The paintings are lovely and the decor was beautiful.

Easily the best sushi restaurant I've been to in Tallahassee. Crab Rangoons and wonton soup were both amazing. I decided to go with the trust us sushi and it was incredible, they clearly use high quality ingredients in each dish and have incredibly skilled chefs to prepare them. Also the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go there again.

So a group of us here @ Capital Eurocars ordered $87 worth of food items on 9/6. It was a take out order. Food arrived and we were terribly disappointed. I spoke to Brendan the Manager on 9/6 about our experience he was so kind to provide us with a discount for our troubles and when we picked up our food today on 9/6 all was good. The orders were prepared accordingly, they were accurate and oh so delicious. Thanks Siam and Brendan, we will be back.

Two visits and both were great. Awesome Sushi is on par with any I have had in NY/NJ where I am from. Try the Soba Noodles with Seafood, excellent. The quality and freshness is second to none. Staff is also excellent and very attentive.

There are a few great sushi places in this town and Siam is one of the best. I've personally never ordered anything other than the soup and sushi, but half the menu is full of various curries and noodles that I'm sure are good too. Good quality fish and really unique rolls with bold combinations of ingredients (the emerald grand, with jalapeno and kiwi, was worth trying!) I highly recommend this place when you're in the mood for more than just a plain rainbow roll - but they do have that one on their menu as well, for those less experimental sushi lovers.
