Very disappointed in the manager as she has rudely expressed her poor management experience. A kind waitress was very kind to bring my 2 yr old some fries as we have waited for a long time for our meals and was free of charge. That being said, a homeless man came in asking for some food and milk as the manager rudely told him to leave the restaurant. All this man wanted was something to eat. This was done so loud that my whole family of 6 heard what was happening on the other side of the restaurant. My children then took it upon themselves to help feed the man as we bought him a meal with milk that he kindly asked for. 2 hamburgers were tossed in the trash as my husband watched and ordered this man's food. We are absolutely appalled at this situation. Instead of throwing away perfectly good food, the homeless man could have had a meal. The manager approached our table trying to justify her behavior. Their is no excuse for showing such hatred. Several customers thanked us and offered to buy him food as well. All happening on the week of Thanksgiving. This kind man was thankful for what us customers did that a restaurant wouldnt do. Will not return until the manager is reprimanded. Unacceptable business like management and behavior.

I always enjoy this particular location and in my opinion it is far superior to the one on capital circle north east. Service is always fast and order is always correct.
My only criticism is the drive through can be tediously slow most of the time.

Food was good. Our server, Lamont, was nice. I used coupons, so the price was good. :-) The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the cleanliness -- greasy floors and no soap in restroom. Whole place needs to be wiped down.

The service was terrible and the food took forever. We waited over 10 minutes for a refill on our drinks. When the food finally came, the waiter just dropped of the food and left. We had to get our own napkins. The food was good, but we won't go back

I cannot describe how great of a sever Chrystson Martinez was! He made me feel like I was at another party but at Steak and Shake. I would expect this service at a 5-star restaurant but my oh mighty was I blown out the water by his service. Thank you Chrystson! You made my night even better!
