While I don't agree with the word "hate", the rating of 1 star is very accurate for my experience. I initially went to Taco Bell on 11/4/17 and ordered 12 items as well as donated $1 totalling $35. When I got home, I discovered they forgot one of my items. I called and was asked if I was coming back that day. I said no because this location wasn't really conveniently located near my home. I was told that either I pick my food up the following day 11/5/17 or they were not going to honor the fact that an item was left off... Meaning that if I didn't get my forgotten item I would in essence be giving away free money... So I come back today 11/5/17 and explained the situation and gave the name of the manager that told me to come back today. The young man proceeds to ask me if she (the manager) said I could have the food for free. I admit I lost my temper a little and raised my voice to say, "I already paid for it!" He nervously smiled and spoke with his manager and said he was making it. I said thank you. A few minutes later a young lady comes around the corner to ask me if I said the shredded chicken quesarito. I said yes. A few moments later they presented me with my food. Really disappointing experience.

UPDATE: This place went downhill fast. Sunday, October 29, 2017: the service was horrible. I believe it was the manager (no good morning or welcome just a grumpy expression) took my order and then walked away before I could pay. After he gave me part of my order I paid which i hate because i want to eat then, not stand around waiting for him to run my card. After that and i sat down to eat, he left our coffee on the counter. Then after I sat down again with the coffee, he left the sugar on the counter. All the time with a grumpy look on his face. They just spent a lot of money putting a new face on this Taco Bell now they need to work on the face of management. The food was super yummy.

It's Sunday Oct 22nd 2017 at 11:30pm. Went through the drive thru. The big lady working there was rude, would not let us order without telling us to hurry up on each order we put in which took 10 seconds. She then gave some rude remarks while ordering so we cancelled our entire order. If you can't hire people smart enough to take an order then please fire them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do this job. If you can't do the easiest job on the planet, then please consider yourself worthless, and sit back on that couch of yours and keep gaining weight. Consider sitting on tiles as a job to make sure they adhere to the ground.

Great option for fast food restaurant. Parking lot is a little bit tricky to get out of because the location (by a traffic light.) But I like their food.

Great Drive-thru service. Great food, but my husband ordered potato bowl and got nothing to eat with. A fork would have been nice.
