I asked for the nutrition menu so i could pick something lighter. When i asked about lighter smoothies the manager said blimey i said ok. I got it and it was super sweet, i asked for it to be remad with splenda instead because it was like 200 or 300 calories less but he failed to mention that. Then he went behind some wall to get a blender then said something to 3 employees and then they all looked at me. How rude! I was so embrassed. I didnt trust to drink the $5 dollar smoothie anymore so i throw it away. Will never go back there is what i said when i walked out!😕😝😖😳😦😧

They wouldn't except my bogo coupons, said they had to come from their store, and the coupons weren't even store specified, only at valid participating stores, which this store says they take coupons but only ones they are "apperently" supposed to have that specific store stamped on the card. Absolutely ridiculous.

All of the employees are very kind and helpful. Please allow me to be honest they are all great people, they remember your name and order, of corse the food is some of the best at that price point, but there is one young lady there 3 to 4 mornings a week, and she makes the best smoothies I have ever had by far, hands down. There are two young women who work mornings about 4 days a work week. The white lady is very kind, and helpful, and always has a smile and a kind word to help me start my day, and her smoothies are a 9 out of 10. The other young woman is African American very kind, always has a smile, knows me by name and starts my order before I even get in the store. Now don't get me wrong all the employee's know my name, I am there most days, all also know my know and order, but she just goes that extra mile. She remembers what we spoke of two weeks ago, and will ask how things are going. She provides the best costumer service I have seen in a long time. I hope Tropical Smoothie understands what a great morning staff they have at the store on Mahan Dr just outside of the circle in Tallahassee FL. If you are in this area I can not recommend this location enough, and please tip, when you find a place where they know your name and order. The offerings are great, all the employees there at morning get 9 out of 10, and that one young lady gets a 10. The employees there have earned a customer for life, so long as Tropical Smoothie does not make it like the one at Ocala Corner, it's not bad just the same service you would get at Chuck-E-Cheese, so not good either, but it is staffed by college kids, still the food is good, just not the service.

I've been by twice in the last week and had a great experience both times. They did a great job recommending a smoothie based on what I was looking for. It wasn't too busy but my order was ready right away and the Chia Banana was awesome. I'll be back soon!

Great product. Healthy foods. Wonderful smoothies. Staff is a little inattentive at times. Forget napkins, straws, etc.
