I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SALON!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is always so positive and relaxing. In 2015 I had a surgery that caused me to shave half of my head and was very self conscious about my appearance, I called around to several salons asking for advice and no one would help me. I ended up calling Cabello's and Anna was SO NICE on the phone, she told me to come in and we would figure something out. She listened to my story and was extremely compassionate, along with a couple of the other stylist who were helping me, we could comb my hair over and throw in a Halo and no one would ever know that I didn't have hair half of my head, this was a great quick fix and something I could take in and out during my radiation treatments. A few months later, after completing radiation the little bit of hair that had grown back completely fell out in a patch and gave me a bald spot, again Anna went back to the drawing board and decided we would try the Halo Couture Tape In Extensions. THIS WAS AMAZING!! Anna had to get very creative on where she placed the extensions because the way my hair had fallen out, I had long pieces, short pieces, complete bald in places, but she made it work perfectly and it allowed my hair to remain healthy and grow. I didn't have to put a piece in and out and it looked so natural. I had my confidence back and I gained a great friend in the process. I would definitely recommend this salon!

This salon is incredible! Beautiful, modern space filled with talented, knowledgeable stylists. Lots of salons have talented stylists but not many places have the culture and dedication that Anna and her team bring to the table! I know I won’t be leaving Kaitlyn’s chair!

Great accommodating staff! Best haircuts I've ever had. To top it off, after 5pm, you can enjoy all of the benefits of Wine Loft from inside of the salon.

I had the worse experience with this salon - I called and had a detailed consultation with the receptionist about fixing the pink my daughter had in her hair - then arrived for my appointment, only to find that they had scheduled her for a haircut, which she did not need. We also did not have our requested stylist bc of their scheduling error. I talked to the manager at the beginning of the appointment and told her I was concerned about the cost and she assured me she would keep it in the $125 range and that she would call me if she needed to go over that. No phone call. Came back to pick up my daughter and she still had pink hair and the bill was more than double what I was told it was going to be. So I asked to speak to the manager, who refused to come out of her office to speak with me about the experience. So I spent over $300 to accomplish nothing. I took my daughter to another salon, who managed to fix her hair and for about a quarter of what Cabellos charged me. I would never recommend this salon and I was particularly irritated to see all the blather on the website about how highly they value customer service and integrity. Yet the manager hides in her office and refuses to speak to a client that just got robbed.

This salon is the BEST I have been to in Tallahassee. Not only is the decor beautiful, so are the people. I don't think I have ever looked forward to getting my hair done, or my facial, as much as I do now. My appointments with Casey and Meredith are no longer "appointments" they are a fun time with my friends. I know this sound hokey but it is soooooo true! BTW.... you'll also look smoking hot when you leave! Love you guys!!!
