I was traveling for work and dropped in for two classes at CrossFit Cold Steel. Classes were great and a positive environment to work out in. I would highly recommend for any cross-fitters traveling in the Tampa area.

Great box! The coach is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very spacious. If ur looking for a box this is the place.

Exceptional CrossFit gym. Very clean and well kept. Personable instructor. Jose is knowledgeable and professional. The community is friendly and engaging. One of the best boxes I've ever stepped in.

CrossFit Cold Steel is a great and brand new box (gym) helmed by Jose, a master coach and highly experienced trainer. Jose programs CF Cold Steel's WODs appropriately with the CrossFit methodology while adding his own flair.
