I enjoyed a wonderful experience. Yasmirys is an excellent professional and a very special human being. The atmosphere is full of comfort, the music, the equipment suitable for the massage and also have an atmosphere full of a lot of spirituality. Just a perfect combination to relax and disconnect from the daily routine. I had such a wonderful massage therapy and also a great yoga and meditation class! Highly recommended!!!

Incredibly welcoming atmosphere, very friendly employees. Yasmirys is a very skilled and compassionate person who will try to heal you to the best of her abilities. I felt immediate pain relief and felt no major discomfort during my treatment.

At 43 years old, my muscles / joints aren’t what they used to be. Work has been hectic lately and I’ve been stiff as a board. My wife urged me to try a massage and a friend recommended Yasmirys at MBS Therapeutics. Never had a massage before and I figured I’d give it a shot.
MBS is a nice, small studio on Davis Island. Very tranquil setting and Yasmirys was an extremely friendly, very knowledgeable young lady. As she was giving the massage, she asked several directed questions about areas she could tell were problem zones for me. She focused a lot of time and energy on those areas and the results were fantastic. As she was working the muscles, I could feel the knots being worked out and the relief set in almost immediately.
I felt like a freight train hit me the following day – which is surprising given Yasmirys smaller stature. But it was a good hurt and I definitely felt more flexible and loose than I have in quite some time. I will definitely be back to see Yasmirys and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good massage therapist.

So nice to finally find a really skilled practitioner in South Tampa - one who is trained in various methods of bodywork, and who is passionate about the work she does. The space is simple and spare, and yet so tranquil ... a relaxing and healing environment made exceptional by the warmth of Yasmirys herself.
