Great Pilates studio! The instructors are very professional. I have been a client for several months and now I am enrolled in the current teacher training Sept-Oct 2016 Pilates teacher training at Pilates by Dena! I highly recommend this studio as a client as well as a student.

If you are looking for personal attention and non-judgmental Pilates instructors, this is your place. Not only has Pilates help me develop more toned muscles but I'm not in back pain anymore. I also find myself more focused and emotionally balanced. The whole team is great and Dena is 100% committed to health and wellness. Have fun!
