The teachers and practioners are so nice and welcoming and non-judgemental. I was so concerned because I started off as flexible as a popsicle stick, but they are awesome!

Check out Monica's Monday night class. Great way to start off the week. It's beginner friendly and she gives everyone just the right amount of attention.
