I was introduced to Diane of Diane's Day Spa by Groupon. It was a good massage so I purchased a package of 3. I soon learned that booking w. her is problematic. I tried booking my massages via her webpage but she didnt reply. I was finally able to book by speaking w. her on the phone. En route to my 2nd massage, she texted me saying she had canceled my apptmt. because I hadnt arrived on the hour & was taking another client. (I believe she double booked). I was surprised she had canceled a prepaid massage, since arriving a few minutes late means the patron gets a shorter massage. For the last prepaid massage, I texted her asking to confirm the date/time which she did. I arrived a few minutes early &, as usual, had to wait outside on the sidewalk since she works alone & keeps the front door locked. While I was waiting, I was approached twice by homeless men looking for money. Not feeling safe, I sat in my car & texted her, saying I was there & didn't mind waiting if she was running late. 1/4 hr. after my apptmt time, she came outside after having read my text. She said she didnt have me on her calendar that day. & behaved rudely & defensively. I showed her the text message on my phone from her confirming that day & time. She never apologized which prompted me to say that I didn't appreciate how she treated her clients, esp. being obliged to wait outside in an unsafe area. Her social skills are very poor & is not organized re. her appointments. After waiting a couple of days, I contacted her to "donate" my last paid massage. I will never return nor will I refer anyone to her.

In spite of my late arrival (my fault),Diane made me feel relaxed and ready for the fabulous massage she gave me. This massage was a Christmas gift from our son, so I felt quite grateful for this experience!

My boyfriend got me a Groupon for a facial and massage and they were both wonderful. For my facial, I did purchase a product recommended for my skin that I bought for $30. After my skin started breaking out like crazy, I looked up the product and found that it was not meant for my specific type of skin. That was disappointing but the overall facial was great. I had my massage, yesterday, and it was wonderful. Diane was so informative and intelligent and knew exactly what she was doing. I was in a car accident five years ago and had multiple injuries that I've been dealing with for a while. She explained things to me that no doctor ever took the time to do. I left there feeling more comfortable, more motivated, and cared for. She was also very kind and understanding. I will definitely be using her every month, I don't care if it takes me 45 minutes to drive there!

I treated my Mother to a spa day at Diane's for Mother's day and I must say we both were really impressed and it will NOT be our last time going. Diane is extremely knowledgeable of the human body and how to care for it in a natural manner. My mother had been complaining of stiffness in her joints, upon making our appointments I sheared with Diane my mothers ailments, and she suggested what treatment that she should receive. My mother got the full body massage and a foot detox. the foot detox is incredible I was so fascinated at how she added nothing to the water but a dime size of sea salt and a little black square that is hooked up to an amplifier which helps the positive and negative ions draw out the toxins in our bodies. The foot detox works miracles my mom and I had two totally different color water after all the toxins had been released into the water. Diane guaranteed that after treatment my mother would not wake up sore and that she wont have any stiffness and she was absolutely RIGHT!!!! Diane is a very sweet person and I enjoyed my visit there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diane Day Spa she is very efficient and most of all a genuinely sweet person
