They gave me pink eye. Do not get any kind of facial or eyelash extensions done here. They do not use proper sanitation and procedures. The glue felt like superglue and was hard to come off. Will be pursuing legal action. Kelly was the name of the girl who did my eyelashes.

I went here over 5 yrs ago based on recommendation and was satisfied. I returned 2 wks ago bc i was in the area, and what a mistake! I settled for an all white full set (bc their acrylic color opts were limited, all glitter, same selection from 5 yrs ago). The owner steve placed the acrylic all awkwardly and unevenly and later explained that white acrylic was a diff consistency, i was understanding as he smoothed it out as much he could when he filed & shaped it. He kept insisting I go for the gel finish though i inisisted i wanted matte and did not want to pay extra, "i do for you" is what he told me, thinking he wouldnt charge me, but did. He walked out to chat w someone after asking me to wash my hands & i have a 2yr old and they were very sharp and not smoothed out at the edges. The wife sat me down and filed them down, reshaped, and filed the entire nails as they all talked in their language about the work he had done. I paid, tipped, left. They were just ok.
THREE days later (at least, the 1st i noticed) multiple nails were lifting, i was going to ignore it as Im not usually in that area but day FIVE, more lifting and my pinky nail completely FELL off washing my hands. I called them, they said to come in and they'd see what they could. They remembered me, but not how long ago I was there I told them and had the charge on my card to prove it. The owner Steve said he would refill discounted. I told him firstly, I did not want to pay again for their mess up, and i NEVER do refills, much less when my nails were lifting and i could have moisture trapped in there. They argued back and forth across the salon in their language, his wife finally agreed to fix them.
I sat at her station and all the employees crowded around me as they all spoke in their language about me & repeating the word 'lift'. I asked one of the girls that spoke fluent english what would cause them to lift so soon, if it was from not being filed beforehand, or that it was the white acrylic. The owners wife, immediately cut in stating 'it no lift, your nail grow too fast' BUT she said she would file down what was lifted before filling, so it would not run the the risk of trapping moisture. She filed down HALF of my nails, yet she claimed there was no lift?? also, my 'nails grow too fast' caused an entire nail to fall off?? Also, i will say there was no issue w the white acrylic bc she handled it just fine, Steve just did not know what he was doing.
The NEXT day they were lifting AGAIN after being 'fixed'. Here we are again 5 days after wasting ANOTHER hour plus, my pointer finger has fallen off and decided to just remove them all. They were embarrassing, you could clearly see the line where she had filed off half the nail to refill.
DONT GO HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFERED THEIR SERVICE FOR FREE. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND EMBARRASSMENT!!

I do not know how this place has such a high rating.What a dissapointment.The gel manicure was rushed through and the pedicure was amature at best.We did raise concerns and all the tech did was try to use a file to clean up his mess.I would have thought that they would realize that word of muth was everything and offer to re do the nails or at least say they were free.Got them yesterday and they are lifting today.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT HOLLYWOOD NAILS ON DALE MABRY.

I'm a very picky person so at first i was sceptical about going to a random place but this was the only place I could find that could do glitter nails so I gave it a try an I'm glad I did. I didn't schedule a appointment I was just a walk in an as soon as I walk in the door I was greeted by everyone thought I was going to have to wait but they sat me down emeitly which I was very happy about. Lee the lady who did my nails was very polite an nice did not burn or cut me one time did a fantastic job in a good amount of time I was very impressed by the service. I will definitely but a returning consumer love this place you should definitely give them a try!💖😍💅👍👏

I've been going here since I moved to Tampa 4 years ago. Everyone is always friendly. They always do a great job on my nails.
