I find the staff to be exceptional. The manager was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He helped me fine the plan that best fit my goals and budget. Also the facilities are clean, up-to-date and always in good working condition.

I don't understand the hoopla around this location and even why the membership there is more expensive than the other LA Fitness locations. I get it, they give you towels but I have been to other locations of LA Fitness that were not "Signature" (some of them in Sarasota/Orlando/Ft Lauderdale and Hartford) and they were much more clean and organized than the Dale Mabry Signature.
Lockeroom is a disgrace. No paper towels, no toilet paper, filthy floor and toilets. Some doors you can't even lock. They are broken.

If this is the only option to go to since the closing of the Hyde Park location ; than I'd rather never use LA Fitness gym's ever again. What a JOKE !!! They force you to upgrade and pay $160.00 and $10.00 more a month for an over crowded gym that you have to wait for equipment and the only difference is that they provide towel service that are shared through the community. I feel so good about paying for a towel service that have have been used on other people dirty bodies. At that price I can go to amazon and order an new towel almost everyday I go to the gym and throw it away.

I've been a member since the Signature club opened. I could tolerate the place when the Hyde Park club was open. Now that's not an option. At the Signature club, the bathrooms are frequently dirty and/or out of service. There is an extreme lack of customer service. The response to almost everything is "Call corporate." After being frustrated about almost everything -- the parking, the instructors, the filth -- I finally decided to quit last week. I learned that to quit you need to speak to one particular woman, who happened not to be there on the day I went in. That day, when leaving, a woman in the garage told me her car was just broken into -- broken glass everywhere. Five days later I am still trying to find this elusive woman to quit. Apparently, the club is closed for Irma -- hard to tell what the story is because of conflicting information on the website and the app. This club is so poorly managed, it's truly pathetic.
