I've gotten several Brazilian waxing from Jessica. She is quick and overall makes it a great experience however her commitment to her clients is very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 12, I arrived at 12:02 and she was gone! I tried to call her several times prior to let her know I was going to be late but she never answered. This isn't the first time this has happened it's actually the 4th!!! The other time she didn't show up and when I called she told me she was sick and rescheduled me, another time she had an emergency so had to leave early and rescheduled me again another time she was overbooked and I waited 45 min before finally leaving. Her business would thrive if only she would stick to her schedule .

Updated - I went to Jessica a few times and each session was great...until one day I had an appointment and the doors were locked. Another client was waiting outside the dark and empty salon. Her appointment was an hour earlier. I waited half an hour and left. She rescheduled, but on the day of canceled 20 min before the appointment. After that she stopped responding to my texts and calls completely. I tried to stop by the salon during operating hours, but it was closed. So I'm recanting my previous review.

I'm very upset with this lounge. Found it on groupon BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! The owner is terrible she locked her store front door and canceled my appointment. She is a con artist. I have read that she doesn't do eyelash extensions SHE APPLIES FAKE EYELASHES FROM THE DOLLAR TREE. She needs to be put out of bussiness please never go to her you will regret it. I am trying to get a refund from groupon now.
