I got my ears gauged by Rachel who truly made me feel comfortable with a terrifying experience. She's very knowledgeable on all things to do with piercings, but don't voice too many concerns with your piercings to her or she will ignore and block you via the channel of communication she claimed to be open.

I have been to at least six tattoo shops and I never have been treated so well. First on the phone Rachel was amazingly pleasant and knowledgeable. But upon meeting her? She exemplified amazing customer service and really knew what she was doing when she did my "Ashley" piercing on my bottom lip. The other piercers I contacted didn't even know what the piercing was much less care about how they handled the call. Kudos to Rachel. I will be back and will tell everyone I know how wonderful you are!!

Sean did "the symbol" for me in memory of Prince - it's been a month and my tattoo looks amazing! I'm so in love with it. He chose the perfect shade of purple to compliment my skin complexion and did a cool creative fade at the ends to show uniqueness. Love it. Also! Left under my budget even after the tip.
