Horrible. They answer the phone one call after another one ad leave one waiting. They have not responsibility or accountability for the services they offer. They give excuses and do not try to find a solution. They work as if they were still in Cuba. Never again!

Horrible customer service, they used to have an excellent employee that was well informed on everything that's new related to cuban affairs which is always changing, but since she doesn't work there anymore IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!! It's like on the job description they have: Must be mean, nasty, lazy and the employee who dares to answer a phone call his (hers) employment at this agency will be automatically terminated. If you think I'm exaggerating call them and see for yourself.

This agency is a hoax. We sent a package to Habana, Cuba on June 1st, paying $10 a pound instead of the normal $8 because we were told it would be delivered in 15 days. After all this, we have called several times, to no avail. We do not get a straight answer. This is not the first time, we have sent packages through this agency. One of the main problems is that no matter at what time you call, there is no answer. If you tell the office that, they get offended and tell you they always answer. Which makes us LIARS? but, we are the paying customers, which in turn pay their salaries. This is sick. It is hard to find someone willing to work, now a days.

The office lost our money order that we send for getting a visa to Cuba and we send 6 pounds of clothes to familly is January 2016 is April 23 and family have not received anything. Disorganized and customer service is horrible .We wish could be better .Very disappointed.We will not used there service again.
