Wow. This place is so in organized. Got there at 730 with only 2 people ahead of me, yes. I'm a new donor but laying in room to even get hooked up, I waited over a hour, so many employees walking around talking, all of them seemed to hang ot in one bay just talking and chatting while a half bay full of others waited just to get hooked up, new management would be a great start since clearly the ones who run it are too busy to realize their job is not done

We the lab tech was VERY unpleasant. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Had to use the rest room and was told by Christy the lab tech maybe I should use the bathroom in the lobby. Come on in and see the restroom in the lobby. This is a going issue with that lab tech. Maybe she should be reminded if we don't come. She has no job. And to tell me I should NOT use the washroom. Maybe she should make sure the one in the lobby is clean.

It takes a Lil to get back there sometimes but other than that the staff are nice . I really like it the staff talk to you and share their life with you. It is really clean and would recommend anyone here.
