they are hands down my favorite sub place in town and they deliver! what more could you ask for? the subs are always great. they are decently priced and their delivery is insanely fast! we order from this location quite a bit! its fantastic!

Super fast - We are about 2 blocks away and got a 7 sandwich (all custom w/extras and such) delivered in 12 minutes!!! For real. Plus, they taste pretty good. On the expensive side and they charge for delivery now. Easy online ordering and fast delivery are the best parts.

Went to Terre Haute to vist my daughter at college. Took her and her siblings to this Jimmy John's and had the worst service experience ever. Ordered my sandwich and told the employee several times that I wanted mayo on it. After the employee suggested a cheaper sandwich with the same ingredients, I got my sandwich with no mayo. When I went back to the counter and asked them to put mayo on it I was told that they weren't allowed to put mayo on the slim sandwiches even though I clearly said I wanted mayo. The manager (Tiffany) is extremely rude to customers and other employees and is racist.

not as customer friendly as the other store, even though this one is closer I drive to the other one. Ignored one too many times while talking to others instead of spending a few minutes of quality time with the customer right in front of you.
