I gave them another shot after a month in a half. And same issue. Im done with papa johns. When I called about the issue was told "Im not saying you lied or anything but my driver cut it them self" as I told him clearly did not cut it right and yet again it was burned. Same issue as last time. And last time they did not even fix the whole issue. We paid for extra cheese and did not get it even after they had come out bring new pizza. We called was told it's. On the way 2 hours later nothing still we gave up.

Decided to give them a second chance, since I've ordered a lot of food from here before. The last time the food was burned and the manager was a jerk. Last night was worse...kids up all night sick after eating Papa Johns. Jeremiah age 6 was so sick it scared me. within 1 hour of eating a sausage and pepperoni pizza 4 kids violently ill. papa johns on wabash. Yuck. When I called when they all started to throw up, to warn papa johns (to protect the other customers, not to get money back) the lady said food poisoning doesn't occur for at least 6 hours. Are we serious? It's 2-6 depending on the person. These were children. My son (age 6) was up all night throwing up and had diarrhea. I did not eat the pizza and I am fine. Never eating here again.

So I called papa johns and was placed on hold... After 20 min on hold I decided to drive to 13 and wabash where they are located. After arriving at location and going in I was on hold now for 29 minutes. They tell me that they did not have anyone on hold and it must be my phone. Like I called someone answered and put me on hold and never came back. So as I sit thereI call Papa Johns with no answer I show them that their phone is not working they still continue to blame me I have a brand-new phone. This is very unprofessional of them. Not to mention Bad for Business.

I ordered garlic knots around 1:00 a.m. I went and picked them up. Got home they were almost burnt. I waited until the morning to call and the manager would not offer any resolution and asked me if I kept them. Who keeps food over night? I gave him the time and name so he could look it up. I told him it's easily verified. I have ordered dozens of pizzas from them over the years, I told him I've never had a problem before, I didn't know the procedure. He never offered a solution, I hung up. You lost a customer over $5

I waited for pizza for one hour. The driver was nowhere to be found. I had to upfront call papa john for status. They could not give me any information about my order. I used a credit card to pay. Instead of using my previous order information including payment to duplicate my order, i was informed that they had to resubmit a new order, but would refund previous order money. Made no sense, terrible customer service, still had to wait 45 min for the second order, and wasn't offered any type of discount for the inconvenience. I'm never ordering this place again, I encourage folks to order pizza hut.
