Flavor of the food was terrible. Waitress was nice and manager refunded my wife's meal since she didn't even eat it. Used to be a lot better.... Bland at best now

Service was incredibly slow. It wasn't very busy when we were there and it took over 15 mins to get one drink, a long island iced tea that was so weak I'm not sure there was any alcohol in it. Took forever for the server to come back to get our order for food. We got the artichoke dip and chips for an appetizer. The chips were very greasy, the dip was good though. Our main entrees were good and hot, just again a very long wait for it. I'll give them another try, but if I get the same service, I won't be back.

I hadn't been to this place for years! Had remember decent sirloin steak dinners. The cuts and quality of steak has gone down the tubes! It wasn't cooked correctly at all! Our group ordered two steak dinners, they both came over cooked and tough as shoe leather. you need to remove this from your menu or get a better grade of
Meat. Even my dog couldn't chew it! This was a birthday party and what a let down. Took a long time to get the food. The baby back ribs were tender and tasty. The cleanliness has dropped. Please have someone wash the backs of all the chairs. So dirty and packed with grime and food particles. I won't be back or recommend you.

A family evening, our dining experience started well. We arrived early enough to get a table for 4 adults and 5 kids under 8. The wait staff checked frequently with us and we did request more napkins, ketchup, mustard, marinara sauce and BBQ sauce for the older boys. They got to try their first ever corn dogs - a big hit. It did take a while to get food. That left too much time for the boys to sit quietly.
Ok, brass tacks: the chairs are filthy. Not the seats but the chair backs where diners and plate handlers reach to move chairs. The ceiling near the entrance looks water stained, a ceiling vent was dirty and the restaurant smelled unpleasant.

Your staff tried to be very warm, friendly and helpful. Worked really hard to have a fresh facility when you enter, but things like carpets are lounge really didn't feel clean. In the room, the spreads on beds didn't look, smell, and feel like they were fresh! I saw newly placed ink marks that were written under the spread that shouldn't have been there. The
sheet was so tight, that when I sat on bed it popped off at the corner, when I fixed it, I saw the dirty, stain-redden mattress. That should have been addressed when the sheets where changed from the last customer. Makes me wonder if rooms are being truly serviced between new customers. Also, taking an extra closer look I saw plenty of dist in the corners of the room, this left me wondering if vacuuming is being done regularly. I didn't hear one the whole five day stay. This made me feel yucky. Well, the pool needs a little more attention. And the hot tub, well it was so greasy and residue all around the edge was s sight for sore eyes. This is also true for the rooms. They were okay but not really clean. I refused the daily cleaning from the maids, because I could clean the room better myself. I didn't want them in the room undoing my own cleaning efforts. Really, well mostly, the room needed a general uplifting and floors in rooms as, well as the lobby, needs a much needed deep cleaning. Finally, I'm not sure I'd recommend this location to a friend, but overall I may use this location again, only if these concerns are addressed and improved upon. Location, location, location---was the very best thing of all! Thanks again for a (somewhat) nice stay. Just hope this francise will pay a little, a lot more attention to the details, a somewhat happy camper. CD, 😇!
