Customer service is awful. I. have rented from Enterprise for years had a plus account with them. they wanted me to jump through more and more hoop while charging more and treated me like I was 18 and renting a car from them for the first time when I have been doing business with them for 24 years with no damages or negative history in all that time. last time took an hour to get a car that was arranged and paid for a month ahead of time on line. I called customer service about this was told they would address it and nothing. I am never doing business with them again. I go into Hertz and get a car in 10 minutes literally and usually cheaper.

I rented a 15 passenger van from July 15-24, 2017. We requested a Ford Transit, but got a Chevrolet, not a big deal. The fuel was on empty when we picked it up and it didn't look like it had been cleaned. All things the agent at Enterprise recognized and offered us a discount on our reservation amount.
The van was very comfortable and drove well on our trip from Topeka, KS to Galveston, TX. I prefer using Enterprise because I get a discount through my place of business and they have always taken care of me when I've rented from them. I would definitely recommend renting from them and will continue using them as my preferred car rental company.

Overall it was a good experience. I had the morning of the day I was to pick up the vehicle, requesting a bigger vehicle and they said that wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at my pick-up time, 5:00 p.m., after checking they didn't have a larger vehicle at that site; however, there was one available at the other Topeka location. I was told that I could either go to that location to pick it up or they would have it delivered. I had walked to the location from my work, so they had it delivered. Again, overall I was pleased with the service I received.
