I've never had trouble with a rental before this place. Worst of all they won't be there to help you. This is just a contractor so its hard to get Hertz to help you and neither contractor nor Hertz will communicate with each other. I will never rent from here again.

Would have gotten 5 stars but we were unable to get the vehicles we originally requested. Other than that they treated us great and had good competitive prices.

Was put on waiting list to receive car, that wasn't reserved after being called in a week prior. Nobody has ever called back. Do not waste your time and effort here. Just go to enterprise like I did.

The staff in there treat you like a human and get you what you need a reliable car in mint condition with good rates Monday thru Friday all concerns handled in timely fashion.
