Built during the depression era, Trinity was built across the street from the Governor's Mansion (no longer present). The building just west of the church is the livery stable used originally for the governors mansion.
Trinity Lutheran Church, ELCA is a very friendly congregation and has a beautiful sanctuary the additions blend in well with the original structure. Come and visit.

I was immediately drawn to Trinity Lutheran Church's sanctuary because of the feeling of holiness that comes forth from its design. Unlike most modern church sanctuaries, Trinity's sanctuary is designed to draw you away from the everyday world (secular) into a place where a person's spirit can soar. The sanctuary feels 'Holy" (set apart for something special).

The members of Trinity Lutheran Church are involved in many local, national and international ministries to help and serve those in need. The members of Trinity Lutheran Church are a Bible studying church. There are five adult bible study groups which are lead by the pastor and laity.
