I was in Topeka over a weekend, from Omaha. I cracked or lost a part of a filling. Dr. Fullmer saw me on a Friday afternoon and fixed my tooth. He also smoothed out a spot on the filling that had been irritating my gums. I hadn't even realized it was irritating me until it was fixed. I would refer anyone to Dr. Fullmer. His office staff was polite and professional. Thanks for the help.

Dr fullmer and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They're very sincere about everything they do, while most dentist are very judgemental, dr fullmer and his staff understand that nobody is perfect. But if I didn't trust them I wouldn't go there nor would my kids. I would highly recommend dr fullmers office. If you as thinking about going, just go you'll love it!!

Dr Fullmer seems to be more a salesman than a doctor. His responses to questions were dismissive, and all but one of his assistants were actually kind of rude.
I arrived for my appointment fifteen minutes early, but was seated after three others whose appointments were scheduled after my own.
I was given several x-rays, which required multiple attempts, so more exposure to radiation than I would have otherwise liked.
During the course of my "examination", Dr. Fullmer took his time, telling me everything I'd already made a point of discussing during the scheduling of my appointment.
Then, instead of actually Cleaning my teeth, as I'd scheduled the appointment for him to do, I was informed that I would require another appointment, and then asked to pay for my cleaning appointment, where I'd received no cleaning.
They used several sales techniques to attempt a 'pressure sale', which I found to be unprofessional.
If you look like a well off, upper-middle class white person, expect exceptional "Up-sale" service, if you do not, don't waste your time.
This office judges you based on appearance, and while my money spends just as well as anyone else's, my fashion sense apparently has much to be desired.
