Dr. Marker is not only professional and very skilled, she cares about her patients and treats them ethically. She listened to my concerns and talked me through my situation with knowledge and understanding. After starting my treatment she determined that the best avenue of care for me was referral to another doctor. I had prepaid half of the fee for the service she was to have provided for me. When considering the best treatment for me led her to refer me elsewhere, she not only did not require any further payment, but unbeknownst to me, refunded 1/3 of what I had already paid into my bank account! I had initially been referred to a different endodontist by my dentist, but felt uncomfortable after my initial phone call to them. When I contacted Dr. Marker's office to inquire about the specifics of my referral I was treated courteously and with concern. The emphasis was on my need, not on how they would be paid. I am living in Topeka temporarily and will not be here to recommend Dr. Marker to others. She knew that, and she still treated me with such consideration. Highly recommend her!

Had to be referred to them unnecessarily, to get another x-ray of the same type that I had earlier in the day already, then was referred again to someone else. I left here being told I wouldn't be charged, but in the mail I was. I reluctantly mailed a check back which they apparently never got, then got turned over to a collection agency with a fee tacked on, which I then paid.

Let me say that I let a broken tooth go with out treatment (totally my fault). I had an emergency root canal (my dentist was great) but unfortunately I developed an abscess. The first endodontist I was referred to scheduled me for re-treatment in 6 weeks. 1 week after scheduling that appointment my jaw started to swell, the pain was at a level that Extra strength Tylenol just wasn't cutting it and 6 weeks was an eon away. I called Dr. Marker's office on referral from my sister-in- law and they got me in that day for an evaluation. They stayed late to start my re-treatment to ease my pain. Thank you to Dr. Marker and her staff for taking the time to help me at the expense of their own personal time. I also received a phone call the next day to check on me to see how I was doing. Just wow. So in short, when your dentist wants to send you to an endodontist ask to be sent to Dr. Kristy Marker!
