Will not use again they didn't look at me because I was pregnant and they told me to just go to the hospital will not be using them again I even called first and the girl told me they take everyone and they don't it was a waste of time

Love the doctors and nurses! Excellent place to get in and out without the stressful waiting at the emergency room! Love Dr. Magee she is and always have been! Keep up the fantastic service and thank you!!

I've been there 3 different times for the same freaking thing and STILL haven't received a diagnosis OR medication. I already know it's a perforated ear drum/middle ear infection. But have they done anything? NO! So now, I can't hear out of my ear and am in a lot of pain. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. I will say they are fast but not very efficient. Every time I've been there I have stressed that my ears are still bothering me. It started with severe itching in both ears... nothing they recommended helped. Including: alcohol, peroxide, and cortizone Anti itch cream. When I went back the second time, they just said "well that's odd" and did nothing. The 3rd time was after an ER visit for severe vertigo, they flushed my ear but didn't prescribe anything. And now I've lost my hearing in that ear. I've already called their office and they just want me to "come back in" I've spent $75 for absolutely nothing! Plus whatever my ER bill will be. Absolutely ridiculous. I expected better care.

Best urgent care anywhere. I just took my daughter to this place and it was by far the best urgent care anywhere. The nurse "April" was so good with my little girl explaining the whole process. Dr. Brandau was also very efficient with the diagnoses and treatment plan. I think the whole process took 30 minutes max. Thank you to your staff.
