My husband, myself, and another parent had horrible experiences checking in. A woman at the front desk was and is very rude, has an attitude, and makes you feel as if you're a burden. Not only is she rude she spoke to my husband as if he didn't understand English. Very unprofessional. I have made other arrangements for my children & I'm unsure if I will return. I will say though, EVERYONE ELSE treated us with respect & were amazing!

Edit: I wish I could review this place again and give it another 5 stars..Our son had dental work done yesterday that required anesthesia, it was his first time being put under if you can imagine how scary it is not knowing how he would react...Dr. Chase and his nurses did a phenomenal job calming our nerves, keeping us informed and updated, and most of all my son is in zero pain today and doesn't remember a thing about yesterday at the dentist! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
This place is hands down best place to take your children with state health insurance! They are compassionate toward the children and the parents, the staff did a great job!!!

I had my daughter an appointment for 6 months I get there at 8 am with my daughter and they say the appointment was canceled. The lady was very rude said they tried contacting me. Wrong they called my home phone 3 days prior to my daughters appointment left message didnt say anything about it being cancelled. Sad to say the workers there have no type of degree or schooling probably why they cant seembto do their job.

Staff were nosy and disrespectful. The questioned my kids privately and grilled them about step and biological parents causing my daughter to cry. Sucks they are the only local dentist who takes their insurance.
