Went for lunch. The restaurant wasn’t too busy. The staff was fast and friendly. I got the triple dipper and it was ok. Not really the quality of food I’ve had at other locations, but the service was good.

Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Don’t understand because they had plenty of open tables. I would’ve asked why it was taking so long but I was ignored so we went next door to Olive Garden. OG seated us right away and food came out promptly and delicious

Ordered Chili's to Go and was given the wrong order. Didn't find out until I was already home. Drove back to retrieve the correct order with the wrong food in hand, which they took back. Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for the wrong order. Finally got a cold, soggy order.

We had terrible service the server came 3 times: take order, serve appetizer, and to serve meal. We had to get our own to go boxes. After a while we realized that we better ration our water. It's a good thing that it was pay at the table.

The service and food was great! Our food arrived in a timely manner and staff were helpful and friendly. Those are the things that I appreciate!
