Decent food, large salad bar, price includes drink.
As of 6/26/17 Coyote Canyon is now closed. New business is here but don't know name or if it is still buffet.

I was pleasantly surprised as I am not a big buffet fan. Restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and delicious. I won't hesitate to eat here again.

I really like the Canyon for breakfast. We go at least once every weekend. They have a great variety. I can always find something I like to eat. People that work there are very nice.

They offer lots of options -- grilled, fried, salad bar, desserts. Good discounts for seniors. They also have a lot of advertising for day-specific specials. Great service as well! My glass was never empty and there was never more than one empty plate on the table at a time.
