For me I'm like a pig in a mud pit filled with my favorite food's piled around me at RL I spend a LOT of money several times a year here getting my seafood fix!!!
Only one place better or just as good in large chain seafood and that's Joes crabshack but I won't drive over an hour for Joe's CS so if you want good seafood in the Midwest these are your best two options!

Overcooked seafood. Tough and chewy. Was not impressed at all. The biscuits were nice and staff was friendly.

Salt! Everything is loaded with salt. Look up the daily salt in their food, some plates have 2 days worth. Too bad they don't need so much salt. The food is good, but don't eat there if you want to live long.

Me and my gf had the all you can eat shrimp.
Did not mind the wait time. Quoted 25 min 15 min later we had a table. Ordered our food and salad was brought out had to ask for the biscuits,those were brought out.then my gf found snot on our table. We told the waitress and she cleaned our table just nasty.
55min later after ordering our food it was finally at the table. Reordered shrimp and boy was it nasty it was rubbery and very much over cooked. Just wished the food was better quality for the price you pay for it.

Been loyal customers and recently visited Red Lobster in Topeka Kansas. Our waiter Michael was very professional and very helpful. The food was ok however, I always get the ultimate feast which is almost a 30.00 plate and the crab portion was very skimpy. Before we left we had to use the restrooms. The women's restroom was absolutely atrocious. Had I used the bathroom first I would have not eaten there. My feet stuck to the floors, the toilet paper holder was growing mold, the doors were black with grime etc..... For a 30.00 plate I expect the establishment to be squeaky clean. We will not be returning to this Red Lobster until this is fixed.
