Their food is always really, really good. Got to love those endless fries! If I were to make an adjustment it would definitely be price. They are spendy! And, I'm not sure I've ever been in there when the place wasn't slammed busy. The servers usually look like they're running their tails off. Thus, can definitely get behind with refilling drinks or attending to your table otherwise.

Hostess was very snotty when we walked in and asked if the bar was open seating which we knew it was and she told us no. We went ahead and sat ourselves in there since it was basically empty and the wait was 45 minuets. Once we sat down the waitress Baily was extremely rude. We got our drinks and ordered our food and were patiently waiting for some of their famous fries and sauce. When we asked nicely if we would get some she said with extreme attitude that they are busy and short on fries I replied okay I understand. Minutes later she walks by with two full baskets for the table behind us that sat down 10 minuets after us. When we got our food I had 4 small fries on my plate and when I asked for campfire sauce she forgot. I have definitely had better experience in this establishment but I will not be going back anytime soon.

I came in tonight for my free birthday meal. The food was excellent and the service was great as usual. It was busy as it is most of the time but he staff was very friendly and the service was great.

Saturday night at 6:30 and they kept running out of fries. They are potatoes (cheap) fried in oil (easy) what the hell. Should fry them up by the ton on a Friday or Saturday night.
Our burgers showed up in less than 10 minutes which obviously means the patties were cooked before we ordered. The cold temperature verified the fact.
Why would you precook your hamburger patties and not cook up your fries.
We had to ask for silverware and napkins a couple of times and a manager finally brought over a handful of forks, knives and napkins and pretty much dropped them in the middle of the table. Nice!!!

Food and service outstanding! Our wedge salad was good (the new price increase not really worth it, however.) My California Chicken sandwich and mac and cheese were excellent and great flavor/value. My husband enjoyed the new burger and onion rings. We have been here more than once and this location has never been disappointing.
