Dr Jones and her staff are wonderful to work with. They always greet me and my dog Tucker by name when we go in. Dr Jones takes the time to listen to my numerous questions and concerns and is patient in explaining what is going on with Tuckers health. I would definitely recommend Banfield and Dr Jones to other fur baby parents. My only complaint would be that they don't have an after hours emergency number.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABYS HERE IF YOU WANT HELP OR FOR THEM TO LIVE!!!!! two years ago I started using Bandfield for my Cocker. It seemed ok at first and I thought it would be a good place for they had 'free checkups' if something is wrong yada yada yada... yet every time i brought her in for being sick or something they made me feel like im wasting their time. well long story short she went in and had gotten her yearly shots. ok cool no big deal. Until 3 days later when I notice a HUGE abscess the size of a golf ball where said shots were administered. Of course I brought her in asap and they made me feel so STUPID and so foolish for being worried. They proceeded to take her back and had drained it, then sent us on our way (free cause they admitted it was their fault it occurred) THEY DIDNT EVEN TEST HER OR IT FOR ANYTHING. she wound up getting a fatal blood infection from the abscess and she died in my arms 3 days after they saw her. then THEY SITLL TRY TO CHARGE US FOR HER DOG PLAN EVER MONTH AND WONT LET US TAKE HER OFF THE PLAN OR EVEN CANCEL IT EVEN THOUGH SHES DEAD. She passed 7 almost 8 months ago AND THIER STILLL TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY FOR HER EVERY MONTH! I cant even begin to explain the pain and $ bandfield cost me and most of all my babys life. If you care AT ALL about your animal take them elsewhere. they just want your money.

First of all, I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE who loves or cares about their fur baby.
My cat has recently gotten cold like symptoms... it got worse so I called Banfield and they wanted me to bring him in asap. So I thought "Wow they really care"... no they just your money. They didn't even diagnose my baby.
Long story short we ended up spending roughly 300 dollars to make my poor baby even SICKER than when we brought him in.
We took him to Shawnee Animal Hospital and they gave us some very useful information and some opinionated looks about Banfield.
Shawnee treated him and he is himself again.
I will NEVER take my pets there EVER again and I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
