Ordered ToGo. Couldn't find where to park for pick up and had to go in. I was 10 minutes late and nothing was ready, yet the fries were not hot. The burger that was supposed to have no pink, was very pink, while the one that was supposed to be pink, was well done. Not terrible, just a little disappointing.

Got harassed by the hostesses from the moment I walked in the door. Then when we were about to order a second round of half price apps the rude manager came over to kicked us out. She claimed we were harassing her employees and said we needed to pay our bill then get out. I tried to explain that they were harassing me so I felt uncomfortable and that’s why my boyfriend said something. No one should have to be harassed at a restaurant. She told me she didn’t care. Not the mention the whole time she wouldn’t even make eye contact. Rude employees and managers. Maybe if they hired professional people they wouldn’t have such an issue. If you’re thinking about going here, think again.

With all these bad reviews idk how this place even passes health code.
First off we got there & waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted ... and I actually had to interrupt the girl cause she was chit chatting with another worker.
The serves walking by were having side conversations using foul language.
The floor was disgusting, and need a vacuum like yesterday.
We sat down , ordered food and drinks.
After we were done our drinks, well as much as we could handle Cause they were nasty , the serve informs us that they ran out of some of the main ingredients for their Halloween drinks which we ordered so the bar tender had to replace ingredients with similar taste & she hoped we liked them..... isn’t that something you should tell the guest before they place their order ?!?! Or come back and let us kno me before the drinks are made so we can decide if we still want them.

This place is ridiculous and I would rate it 0 stars if i could. I went for an early dinner around 4:30 today with my husband and kids. The place wasn't busy at all and it still took the host about 5 minutes to greet us and then seat us. The worse part was that we sat at the table waiting for our server that never came! We seen the host pass a few times and a few waitresses pass and nothing! When we seen a family get up and leave(whom had arrived after us) we decided to give it another few minutes. Well again, waitresses passed by and nothing. Another family that had arrived after us was already eating. We were done. We sat there for 30 minutes and we did not even know who our server was because they never came to greet us or even offer us drinks! Smh! When we finally get our kids ready and leave the table, we turn around as we walk out the door and notice the host was cleaning our table before we even got out of the door! How ridiculous and unprofessional. In a matter of seconds she was already cleaning our table! This was our first and last time here. We have never experienced anything like this not even in busier restaurants. I didn't even bother speaking to a manager because this place sucks and will never return.

Service, and attention was very high, compared to other restaurants in the chain. The day manager, Patrick, and our server, Lynn, were very thorough... and the food arrived hot. Do not live in the area, but I will be back the next time a medical appointment takes us out in that area.
