The obese young white gal, we'll call her Crabby Patty scored the goal today of us not renting a car at this location. Her attitude caused us to go right over to Hamilton Square and rent from Hertz. Such statements of "thats not how this company operates" and "we will take you to collections if you do that" bwhahahaha employee of the month club right here. The other gal, African American, helped us out immensely last time. Fire the white Trenton trash, guys. Her whole attitude said GO AWAY PLEASE NOW.

Don't go on Friday if you don't want the car for the whole weekend. I need it for Friday 4pm to Saturday 4pm but they made me pay for the whole weekend including Monday all because they only work upto 1pm on Saturday. Be careful to avoid over paying for time not needed.

I got the best, most efficient service here. It was quick and easy, and the manager really gives his customers top priority. A personal touch without taking too long. The prices are great, too. Since I don't rent cars very often, I took the time to compare prices, and Dollar was very competitive. As a matter of fact, the rental price on the huge passenger van I used was the best price in the area. The van was clean - I even saw a dedicated detailer working on cars in the back as I was picking up the rental. The cherry on top was the personal and personable service. I am recommending this place to everyone I know.
