AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! SAVE YOUR TEETH AND YOUR SANITY! If I could give 0 stars I would. I honestly regret getting any type of dental service here. First of all the manager Manu has the worst customer service skills I've ever dealt with. It was a sad day when Carol left. Let's start with the terrible dental services. I've had two root canals done at the age of 20 and 22. Since I've stopped coming here I have not needed any root canals I believe the root canals were unnecessary but all they see is dollar signs. Both of my PERMANENT CROWNS have fallen out and I had to schedule and appointment to get them glued back in... something that takes 10 minutes and can be easily done will not be done on a walk in basis. My last crown ended up getting lost somehow. I had to come back in and get fitted for a second time but at that point it had been weeks walking around in a temporary crown so they shockingly paid to overnight it. I've also had to come back in to get a tooth fixed when my cavity ... which they did broke. You have to pay to fix their mistakes. I regret ever using Dr. Shah! Now in terms of management and managing their payments, seriously run for the hills!!!!! After Carol left Manu came in and flipped everything upside down. I had never had an issue with payments and never owed any money. I come in for my last build up on my most current root canal and went to the front to settle up. Good thing I held onto my payment plan because Manu prints up another one with different numbers and prices!!! Her estimate was 500 dollars more! She pulled me into her office and we went over the numbers and after everything was said and done they had actually owed me $500! I had overpaid! She apologizes and then refunds me $500 on my card. I thought everything was settled but boy was I wrong. No sooner than 30 minutes after getting home I receive a voicemail saying Manu charged my card $500 dollars because she had made a mistake and left out $500 dollars in my quote somewhere, even though I had just been there and we did everything manually! So she illegally charged my card without my permission! My question is did she photo copy my card? Write down the numbers? How was she able to charge me again? Needless to say I went back we had an exchange of words but she refused to give me my money back. I wished I had reported her. I ended up reporting the transaction to my credit card company as fraudulent. That was the last day ever I wanted to deal with Manu. I have since switched dentists but whenever my crown falls off(which is often) I go back because I refuse to pay someone else to put it back in. And when I go into the office Manu is nothing short of icy. Great customer service Ac Dental. You need a new manager with people skills. In all seriousness save yourselves the trouble and find a different dentist!
