Great Experience. Very nice staff. Dr. Mohana did a detailed exam, cleaning, and treatment plan. Never waited more than 10/15 mins.

Doc Mohana I just want to thank you for your patience and understanding with me in all my visits to you so far. Although I am still very anxious about coming to the dentist, I am pleased with the results of your work. I am able to eat pain-free for the first time in many years.

I really appreciate your explaining what you are doing and taking such gentle care with me.

This was a terrible experience - worst dental trip I've ever had.And it was just for a cleaning. First, they asked me if I had insurance at least 5 times, as if that was not common at all. Next, I had to fill out ~20 minutes of paper work, including absurd release forms. After 30 minutes of putzing around, they took an xray for "sensitive gums" after I told them a few times that I had just had xrays done 6 months ago. X-rays are not for receding gums. After the tech took xrays, I was left sitting in the chair for another 20 min listening to everyone in the office gossip until I got up to ask if they could hurry up.
Then the dentist came in with one tech. This was the worst part. She started cleaning, not listening to anything at all. She used a water pick on the sensitive gums that I had just told her about, which did not feel good. After water picking for 2-3 minutes, she used the polisher willy nilly on some parts of my mouth and not others. It was like an infant trying to spoon cereal for the first time. I'd say she cleaned about 20% of my mouth. The whole time another tech was sitting there with two aspirators making sure I didn't have any cheek cells left afterward - like R2D2 was trying to analyze my mouth. Cleaning took them a total of 5 minutes, and I've done a better job brushing my teeth. No floss, no fluoride rinse. Then they got up without saying anything, so I assumed I was done. I got up, and left with no plans of ever returning. If I need a root canal, I'd rather do it myself.
This was a terrible experience through and through.
