Dr. Lauren Levine was amazing with my 7 yr old who is frightened by her past experiences she has had. My 3 yr old cant wait to go back to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Levine for explaining in detail my foster child's "mouth situation" and the plan of action you recommended for her.
Your calm and knowledgeable words resonated and made our experience enjoyable.

I also want to thank Miracle the hygienist who had the same birthday as my little girl. She was amazing with my daughter and made the experience for me a walk in the park. Your bedside manner was refreshing and fun for her.
Thank you both for a new beginning!!!!!!!

Very kind, patient and knowledgeable staff who made put my toddler son at ease. They made a difficult situation better.

I had an appointment with my daughter at 8:00 am so I sign in at 8 and half of an hour later they never called her and five people that came after us were all call so I get up and ask the receptionist if they were ever going to call her in and turns out she skip her name and never put her in the system!!!! I was furious because I was sitting next to the desk and I will hear them chitchating and I needed to get to work.... So I asked her if she put her in the system and she just smiles and don't answer me and just says they will call her next!!! So finally they called her and I asked the young lady that called my daughter (she was super nice) who's the supervisor because I just been waiting and they never put her in the system so she gets me a supervisor and she says sorry and that the girls were solving another patient problem and that's how they skip her!!!!! I was like whatever... If they will not have been chitchating about spoiling their kids maybe they would of done their job right!!!!!

Staff could NOT be more friendly, caring, professional or thorough if they tried! My kids appreciate the attentiveness and handling from staff and I love the concern and advice given to me, the parent. Look up "excellence" in the dictionary and you will find a picture of the HDA Kuser Rd staff!
