I went in at 7pm when they closed at 8pm and was in and out within 45 minutes. The doctors and nurses were extremely efficient and kind. They didn’t treat me like they were just trying to close up and get me out. I would definitely return for future issues and recommend to others!

Heard nothing but good reviews so I decided to go ... when I went there it was a 45 minute wait okay that's fine.. the receptionist was friendly ... but what made my experience bad and will never go back was the fact how sick I was and the DR told me there was nothing wrong with me? It was a cold 65 degrees in the office and I'm sweating profusely, shivering & throwing up.. they told my I was fine and that I should go to an emergency room or a primary Dr because they don't know anything... wasted 2 hours of my life thanks doc ...

I took my son the for a severely sprained foot. They were busy but we didn't wait long. We also did not feel rushed when they brought us in. I was very pleased and the staff was great!

I visit Urgent Care centers often, and only went to this one because it happened to be near my office. All the Urgent Care Centers i've been to were nice, efficient, and clean, but this one was several steps above and beyond all of them. The staff was incredibly friendly - refreshingly so, and the entire thing was a pleasant experience and left me with a smile on my face, and I went home and told everybody how great my experience was. I see a lot of complaints on here about the PA, and I'll be honest I couldn't tell you if I saw a PA or the doctor but all I needed was antibiotics and her treatment was appropriate and prompt. I got to MedExpress, got checked out and picked up my prescriptions all within the span of 1.5 hours. Really cannot say enough good things about this place! Glad I chose to go here.

We've been here several times and this will be the last. We've seen the PA every time. The first time she barely looked at my son and told me we needed to go to the ER. I had to stop her and calm her down because she was scaring my son. This final time she did no exam and said what her diagnosis was. I had to ask questions and point things out to get her to do more than look at my son's throat. No one should have to ask for a thorough exam. She seemed put out that I wanted her to check him over and suggested that we go to the ER if I felt he required more tests. Never again!
