The staff was extremely nice. The nurses and doctor that worked with me made me feel so comfortable,definitely was a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone !

Staff is very nice but however they take forever my appointment was at 2:50 I came in at 2:40 . I had to wait 30 minutes to be called in and once I was called in to the room I had to wait 40 minutes ! Hamilton one is way faster and better.

The staff is actually very nice and helpful. However, they over book appointments. I had an appointment for 2. I got there about 15 minutes early as I knew there may be paperwork to fill out. I still had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. I was on the verge of walking out but I had already waited so long, I couldnt imagine doing it again. Many people bring their kids, so I'm not sure why their childrens space is basically a closet with a TV. The office is clean, and the building is in a safe, busy area well monitored by security. They need a new system to taking patients and book appointments.
