I must admit that I was wearing about going to this Pharmacy after reading these reviews. But I have received nothing but personalized attention.

Alexander's is a great pharmacy with a wonderdul staff. Neil really cares about his customers and goes out if his way to accommodate. I dont know other pharmacist that actually call customers to just check on them. Much better in every way than the big chain stores!

TERRIBLE PHARMACY! DO NOT go there! The owner Neil and staff are so unprofessional it's unbelievable. As a chronic pain patient who has been on the same types of meds for years I rely on meds to get me through the day.
When Rite Aid didn't have my med in stock, I asked Neil if he had it and he said yes. When I brought the script to him he treated me like a drug addict criminal saying he couldn't fill it because I went to Rite Aid first.
He said he would have to call my doctor because it didn't sound right and I said GO RIGHT AHEAD! He then said they probably won't call him back until after 5pm. lol. At that point I knew he was purposely giving me a hard time. I said I'll call them too if you want. He then gave me back my script and said "take it in case they tell you to go elsewhere like a ToyrsRus pharmacy." Really? Wow, very professional. Not to mention, he said this out loud in front of customers and employees. I was very patient, nice, and willing to wait or do whatever he asked of me while he verified but I guess he was not expecting my response and lost his cool.
I used to get mine and my family's meds filled here. NEVER again. I will not be treated with disrespect and a as a criminal when I have legitimate prescriptions. I never asked to fill anything early. I do not think it is wrong to go to a different pharmacy if one doesn't have it in stock. I don't think I should be disrespected or my character attacked because Neil was having a bad day. Also, there is also a lot of people waiting in a tiny area to get meds filled and there is absolutely NO privacy. I can hear whatever type of med a customer is trying to fill. Alexander's should be ashamed of themselves!!

I was in contact with their fertility pharmacist, Neil, he stated multiple times he would call me back for fertility meds for my wife. Never did he call. Unfortunately, he did not stand behind his word. Do not use this pharmacy, as there are many options for your fertility medications.
