Ordered a pepperoni pizza through the Slice app and when I picked it up it was cheese. Whoever it was the owner or the cook informed me that the app has the pizzas too cheap and acted like I wa not entitled to the pepperoni that I paid an extra $0.75 for. After a little back and forth he offered a refund, and asked me if I had $4 in exchange for a $10. I had no cash so he finally put some pepperoni on the pizza and warmed it.

In my 10 years of living in a Jersey this was literally the worst pizza I've ever had, that coupled with bad customer service means I won't be returning.

Love this place! The sicilian pizza is the best! Order from there atleast once a week! They cater to your every need! I don't know what people are talking about with bad reviews, but they are awesome! Just try it once and you'll be hooked!

We ordered a sicilian pizza from this hole and it downright tasted rotten and sour, like they used old dough. The sauce was terrible, not even red but orange and greasy. It was bad enough that I threw away the cold mozz sticks and we each had one bite of pizza before we tossed the whole pizza in the trash. I will never order from here again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, I want my money back!!!!!

Very bad customer service. I ordered broccoli cheddar bites and cheese fries. The food took an hour to arrive, and when it got here the cheese fries were cold and stale. They also brought fried zucchini instead of broccoli bites. When I called them the manager (who was the one to take my order earlier) said they didn't have broccoli bites that day. I'm not sure why i wasn't told this when I was ordering. The manager was rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning.

FIRST TIME - LAST TIME
So my wife and I order from grubhub a lot. We decided to try 7 Brothers Pizza for the first time tonight. That was our first mistake. We decided on them mainly because my wife had a function, and their 30-40 minute delivery window allowed her to eat before leaving.
30 minutes came and went, and we called in to find out what was going on. At first the person on the other end was evasive about the status of our order, assuring us that he was "on his way." We've gotten savvy to this answer and pressed further until the employee admitted that the driver hadn't even left yet!
It's a good thing we paid the driver a tip via Grubhub or someone would have left empty handed. He shows up to the wrong house, then starts in with the multitude of standard delivery boy excuses. I was not impressed.
Ok, so after all this, how was the veggie pizza we ordered? Underwhelming. Yes, underwhelming. Burnt crust, soggy slices, and generally unimpressive.
Would I ever order from them again? Probably under the most dire of circumstances, but these guys are now so low on my go-to for pizza that I can say without alteration that we'll never use them, nor recommend them to anyone.
Oh, and little bit of advice, you really should offer some sort of compensation to your customer if they tell you point blank, "I will never be ordering from you ever again. Do you understand what I'm telling you?" Even a token refund, coupon, or other 2 liter would be considered a gesture of goodwill.
I sincerely hope you either improve your service, or simply decide on another vocation.
