Employe who answered the phone when I called to make an order was very rude & disrespectful. I wanted to place an order and the guy started talking about something else that I wasn't sure about and he got mad and hung up after I said I didn't know what that was. Wish I could leave no starts but I have to put 1. Smh

Service on the app. Works great. Don't call because the service is bad on the phone. As long as I use the app all is good!

I have had good experiences here but last week ; absolutely not ! I always place my orders online one pie one order of wings and call moments after ordering to confirm receipt and ask kind to have my wings baked twice ! I was given major attitude this particular time so I asked to speak with a manager . A man came to the phone and I politely asked " who am I speaking with " - he then asked WHY . I politely told him that I order often and usually have no issue getting my wings wyell done - I always like to ask who I'm confirming my order with as point of reference and never have an issue . He told me his name was Ken . I am not sure what was going on but definitely not happy with my service .
