I have been to Gaetano's before so I already knew what I wanted, so I called in my order (CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK and cheese fries) ahead of time. Paid for my food and something told me to check my food because I don't eat beef. He had given me a cheese steak hoagie (totally wrong). So I asked him could he fix it, he immediately became rude and said if he remakes it, he has 2 charge me again, smh. Very bad customer service and professionalism. He completely messed up my order and I was supposed 2 pay double for my food?!?! Of no, worst experience ever!! I will not be back to the establishment!!

Awesome Philly cheese steak!!! I had the grease truck sandwich. It had french fries and mozzarella sticks. It was delicious.

Food sucks and the attitude sucks! I have been to them in south Jersey where the food is good but this was not worth the money at all. Too much money for low quality..never again.

Awesome daily baked seeded bread, almost too much steak, cheese, and sweet peppers to eat...oh heck yeah I finished it! Good fries too.
These guys take pride in, and are good at what they do.
