I have eaten here many times and was never disappointed. The food is always excellent and the staff is very cordial and competent.

Pat's food is excellent. Their prices are slightly higher than the corner sub and pizza joint but you get what you pay for. I'm writing a review based on the service. Customer service should not be based on the day to day stuff, but how things are handled when things go wrong. My wife and I ordered out for delivery the other night and when we received our order (sooner than we expected) the pizza was correct but the rest of the order was wrong. I called Pat's and asked if the driver could turn around and give us the correct order. The very nice woman told me that they would immediately remake our entire order and have it delivered ASAP. 10 minutes later the entire original order was delivered. Excellent service.

Wonderful, they have great food. They make the best cream of soups, like broccoli, potato, carrot, I loved the carrot it is peppery so if not a pepper lover go small, and the potato is so very very good, all are a must have. Rustic sandwiches are fabulous. Pasta dinners are good and filling with great sauces and garlic bread and salad. Pizza is wonderful we like the square one for a thicker pizza but not overly thick or too much dough. Just real good food for the money. Haven't had room for dessert but someday maybe. Inside is nice, and for delivery it is fast and the food arrives hot and the order correct. Just note pricing for delivery seems different then the on line listing menu when called in, maybe something to check on when ordering. But still worth the money.
