I love the fresh food at Rosa's and the friendliness of the staff.
She has the best homemade soups including the best chicken soup in the universe !
I have been going to Rosa's since she opened in this location and have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and quality of the service. I even commented to her one time that she must do a good job training her staff.
The food is freshly made and they are very good about accommodating special requests.

It doesn't get any better than Rosa's. Her lasagna is the ultimate for anybody who loves Italian. And her homemade ice cream is to die for!!! 😊😊😊

Their chicken soup is great. But that's it. The meatballs in the Italian Wedding soup were below-average. Pizza is average. Pasta is below average. And today I got a santa fe (vegetable) panini which was awful. The zuchini, I'm not exaggerating when I say this, was paper thin! I would have cut myself on it if it weren't cooked. They might as well not put it on the sandwich at all. Sparse on the roasted red peppers though at least they were a normal size. And the eggplant was thing and greasy. If you are sensitive to greasy food, don't get this because it bothered my stomach a little after I was done. So if you aren't feeling well or if it's the dead of winter, come here to pick up the chicken soup. For anything else, go to one of the 15 other pizza joints in Hamilton for better food.

Service with a Sneer. The prices are alright and the food is what you'd expect from generic "Italian" food, but it is the service that is really unbelievable. I have NEVER been to this place and had someone be polite or helpful when taking my order or anything else for that matter. We have gone several times and each time is a reminder to myself why we should never eat there again. Last order was a cold salad, after 25 minutes waiting I canceled the order and left... and lest you think it was during lunch hour or dinner rush - they had just opened and I was the only customer in the store. So if you are in the mood for a meal of generic food with and horrible service by rude people then Rosa's is your place!
