Charlie knows his stuff! He's in incredibly helpful and willing to help you find the comic you want based upon your needs. He reads every comic that comes through the door so if you have any questions, he will help you!

One of the biggest comic book stores in town. Charlie is there every day without fail. There are a ton of back issues plus a huge selection of current comics as well.

Been buying my books from Charlies for over a year. Haven't had any problems with the subscription I've had. Charlie presents me with my books as I walk in and keeps me in the loop on some comic news. There was a few times Charlie didn't have a variant cover for me, but that's understandable and more of a personal preference since not many people get the variants I would assume, unless you do then you might notice. But for the most part Charlie is nice and advices me he has added comics that I can't purchase till Wednesday (since I go mostly on Tuesdays) and that's understandable as well. The environments is quiet and the jams are catchy which adds personality to the shop. And since the subscription is free, would definitely suggest Charlies to a friend or loved one.

I've been going to this shop for 8 years. I still remember the first time I ever stepped foot in his shop when I was 14. Charlie was extremely helpful and respectful to me and treated me like any good store owner should even though I was a teenager then. I asked him what kind of books he thought I might like and instead of just shoving whatever random book he needed to sell like every other shop in Tucson seems to do, he asked me what my interests were. He asked what types of genres I enjoyed and helped me make an informed decision of what books to throw in my pull list to pick up on a weekly to monthly basis. Speaking of pull lists, he has no minimum limits to how many books a month you need to subscribe to at his shop in order to have a pull list set up for you.I started off reading only 1 to 4 books a month and he still treated me nicely even though I only made him a max of $12 a month at the time. All in all I could praise this shop for another thousand words, but I'm sure you get the gist by now. Highly recommend starting a subscription at his shop, whether you're a new comic fan or long time reader.
