Budget offered an extremely good rate for a one-way trip to San Jose, CA. The car was ready on time, service professional and friendly at both ends. I had no problems with the car, and was able to return it to a Sears location within 3 miles of my home. Altogether a good experience.

I used Budget rental as a part of our cooperate account, it was very easy to make the reservation and to return. The price was very competitive with other major car rental services. The car was very nice and exactly what I was looking for. We did end up having an accident in the car and the exchange process took a bit longer than I wanted, but it was very convenient even though the process took pretty long. I will continue to use budget at this point and I will suggest it to others.
